This might come across as an odd blessing, but I will share it anyway!
A few weeks ago, one of my friends had a party at his house and as I was talking with his mom, I must have mentioned that I need to walk by faith and not by sight. After the conversation was over, I forgot about it and went to play some games.
Yesterday my friend's mom walked up to me and handed me a magnetic notepad with the words "For we walk by faith and not by sight" across the top. The Lord used this dear lady to remind me that this trip I'm taking is indeed going to have to be by faith and not by sight. While sight might seem so much easier, there is no growth that way. I'm not stretched, tested, and tried by sight. It's when my faith is pushed and prodded that I begin to see God for who He really is. And each step I take is proving that very truth!
