As I was driving home from the airport on New Year's Day, I began to pray about Thailand and asked the Lord for direction and wisdom. I was (and still am!) very uncertain about it all, but I know that God is in control. As Miss Krinny says, "God is not broke.":o).
So after exchanging hugs on the 2nd with a dear friend, she mentioned to me that she missed giving me my Christmas gift before Christmas, so she stuck it in my mailbox that day. Later on I opened the card up and found $50.00 from herself and her husband and a little note saying, "For Thailand again". This dear lady had helped me with my first trip and once again was used of the Lord at the right time! I didn't need the encouragement two weeks before when she wanted to give it to me, I needed it on the 2nd! The Lord answered my prayer from the night before for direction and I am so thankful that He is continuing to direct each step I take...
